Most of our demo inventory comes from aΒ fleet renewal program with MoonBikes parks in France. Operators upgraded from earlier model-year units (typically 2021) to newer 2023 versions, and these returned units were repurchased for refurbishment and resale. That resale program was paused during the Chapter 7 process due to limited operational bandwidth.
A smaller portion of the inventory comes from:

FAQs
Whatβs the difference between Tier A, B, and C?
We grade demo units by cosmetic condition and refurbishment needs:
- Tier A: $4,500Β (best cosmetic condition, lightest wear)
- Tier B: $3,500Β (visible cosmetic wear, fully functional)
- Tier C: $3,000Β (heavier cosmetic wear, fully functional after refurbishment)
All tiers are delivered operational and ready to ride.
When will my MoonBike be delivered?
Pre-orders are for deliveryon or before September 2026. We will provide a shipping window once your unit is allocated and scheduled.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The$300 deposit is refundable until 10 days before shipping.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is duebefore shipment, once your unit is scheduled and you receive your final invoice.
Can I cancel after the refundable period?
You can request cancellation at any time, butwithin 10 days of shipping the deposit becomes non-refundablebecause the unit is allocated, prepared, and logistics are locked.
Are the batteries used?
NO. All demo units come with brand-new batteries.
What warranty is included?
Battery warranty:Β 1 season, starting from delivery date (new batteries).
Vehicle warranty:Β Demo units do not include a standard full-vehicle warranty by default.
Can I buy a warranty for the vehicle?
Yes. You can add a1-year extended warranty for $500 per unitat checkout (or on your invoice before shipping).
This covers the vehicle system for one year from delivery date, excluding normal wear items, misuse, accidents, and unauthorized modifications.
What does βfull spare parts supportβ mean?
ENVO provides access to spare parts for demo units through our parts network. Parts availability is subject to stock and lead times. We will support you with correct part identification and ordering.
Can I choose the exact unit I receive?
You can choose yourtier (A/B/C). Exact unit allocation (specific cosmetic marks) depends on inventory and order sequence. If you have preferences (for example βbest cosmetic in Tier Bβ), weβll try based on availability.
Is this intended for resorts and rentals?
Demo units are ideal for:
- Resorts and rental operators
