At ENVO, customer feedback plays a crucial role in refining our products and ensuring the best experience for our riders. We recently conducted a comprehensive survey to gather insights on various aspects of our e-bikes, including performance, design, and customer support. The goal was to understand how satisfied our users are with their ENVO D50 and ST50 models and identify areas where improvements can be made. In this blog, we’ll explore the key findings from the survey, focusing on bike usage patterns, customer satisfaction, feature ratings, and suggestions for potential enhancements.
Which Model do you own?
The bar chart illustrates the distribution of ownership among different ENVO bike models, based on customer feedback. Each model's share is presented as a percentage of the total respondents. The most owned model is the D50, dominating with a significant portion of the customer base. The ST50 follows, also showing a notable percentage. This distribution suggests that the D50 model is the most popular among surveyed customers.
How frequently do you use your bike?
The majority of users report using their bikes several times a week, indicating a high level of engagement with their e-bikes. A smaller but significant portion of respondents use their bikes occasionally, while a lesser number ride daily or just a few times a month. The chart illustrates the distribution of terrain types where bikes are ridden, based on customer responses. Paved Roads dominate as the most common terrain, followed closely by Gravel Paths and Urban Areas, indicating that a majority of bike usage occurs on smooth, accessible surfaces.
