Living beside the North Shore mountain trails in Vancouver, building a true all-mountain e-MTB was always part of ENVO’s DNA. We could have done it earlier, but it only made sense once we could deliver a serious trail bike that combined real performance with meaningful affordability.

The ENVO M50 is a lightweight, high-performance all-mountain e-MTB, designed for technical climbing and downhill riding with optimized weight distribution and MTB-rated safety components. It delivers long-range capability and precise control using a mid-drive motor paired with the ENVO 50 Series battery system.

The result is a true e-mountain bike shaped by local trails, engineered without compromise, and priced to be ridden, not just admired.

The design behind the ride

Every curve, on purpose

These are the M50's actual suspension characteristics, how the frame moves through its travel, soaks up bumps, puts down power, and settles under braking. Each chart is a design decision with a real effect on the trail. Take a look at what each one does, and how it shapes the way the M50 climbs, descends, and holds its line.

Soft when you want it, supportive when you need it

The M50's rear suspension is soft and sensitive at the top of its travel, so it soaks up small bumps and keeps your tires glued to the trail. The harder it's pushed, the firmer it gets, holding you up in fast, rough sections and resisting harsh bottom-outs when you land a drop or hit something big. Comfort and grip on the small stuff, control and support on the big stuff.

Every pedal stroke drives you forward

When you pedal, especially on climbs — the M50 stays firm and efficient instead of bobbing up and down and wasting your energy and battery. It's tuned around your easiest climbing gear, where you spend the most time heading uphill, so your effort and the motor's power go straight into moving forward. Deeper in its travel it eases off again, so it still smooths out bumps on rough climbs.

Stays composed when you're on the brakes

Braking hard normally makes a bike dive forward and feel twitchy. The M50 is tuned to stay level and settled instead — the rear wheel keeps gripping the ground and the bike holds its shape when you brake into a corner or down something steep. And it feels the same whether you're feathering the brakes or grabbing a fistful, so it's always predictable.

Smooths out roots and rocks

When the rear wheel hits a bump, it moves up and slightly backward, almost like it steps back to let the obstacle pass instead of slamming straight into it. That makes roots, rocks and sharp edges feel softer and more controlled, so the bike stays calm and planted through technical terrain that would normally buck you around.

CANBUS

Introducing the new ENVO M50 with advanced CANBUS for smarter, safer riding. Monitor battery health and diagnostics on your display. Battery communicates with charger for safer charging.

BATTERY PACK

The ENVO Battery for the M50 is built with LG Li-Ion cells for optimal performance in freezing temperatures. It has an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) for consistent performance and extended life. The BMS protects against overcharging and other faults.

DROPPER SEAT POST

Flick the bar lever to drop your saddle for descents, weight back, full control. Raise it for efficient climbing, no stopping required. The M50's 170mm dropper lets you move with the trail and ride every section with confidence.

SAFETY FIRST - UL2271

M50 is certified for UL2271 which makes it one of the most safe bikes on the market. We use premium components, including LG/Panasonic Li-ion cells. Our bikes are subject to rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes ensure a defect-free product.

Enjoy next-level ride performance with advanced Torque Sensor technology, providing natural, intuitive power delivery.

MID-DRIVE MOTOR

The M50's mid-drive motor puts out 750 W and 80 Nm of torque through the bike's gears, so it multiplies your effort in the low gears for confident climbing on steep, technical terrain. Its low, central position keeps the bike's weight balanced and planted, giving the M50 an agile, natural ride.

FRAME

A solid, lightweight aluminum frame forms the backbone of the M50. It comes in two sizes to fit riders from 5'2" to 6'4" and supports a maximum load of up to 400 lbs.

HYDRAULIC DISK BRAKE

Tektro HD-M535 4-piston hydraulic brakes with big 203mm rotors give you strong, consistent, fade-resistant stopping power — confident control on steep descents and in wet, muddy conditions, no matter how much speed you carry.

FORK

A 160mm-travel suspension fork devours roots, rocks, and drops, keeping the front wheel planted and giving you control and confidence on fast, technical descents while protecting the frame and battery from hard hits.

Will It Actually Go 100 km?

Probably not on your commute — and any brand that tells you otherwise is quoting a lab. Real range depends on your weight, the hills, the wind and the cold.

⚡ 461 Wh on board Roughly double what most lightweight drop-bar e-bikes carry. That is where the “up to 100 km” comes from — and why it is worth checking against your own route rather than taking our word for it.
❄ Cold and wind cost you range Both are modelled in the simulator, because they are the two things that quietly ruin an estimate. Store the battery indoors overnight and fit it before you ride.
