All seems to be fine. Except where do I find the instructions to put the LCD display, back to 0 before each new ride. As of now the km is just being added, I would prefer starting new each day. Thanks
I installed this kit on a Giant Cypress LX-W. There were a few issues to overcome, but nothing related to the Envo conversion kit. Performance is smooth and consistent.
This conversation kit comes without guarantee or battery ( $450 more) and is sold "as is" even if it arrives damaged. I don't see anywhere in the description the "as is".
The product is amazing!!!!! well engineered if there are no manufacturing issues . technical support is there by submitting tickets and is good. Forget the phone. Your knowledge must be technical/mechanical.
I was lucky my damage was easily repaired by me (a small dent in the rim. My hope was to support a Canadian company but other than technical support there is no after market protection unless you buy a one year warranty for $100. Sad but reality.

Boy am I glad it worked... that would have been $800 waisted. A real gamble. Buyer beware.
The free helmet bothered me because it was on the invoice as free and the packing slip... that means it is in the box which it was not...as ENVO have admitted confusing. It should have been disqualified on the original order.
I am thrilled with the product and am glad that it was not damaged in shipping more than it was ( a small dent in the rim that I fixed). Lucky.
Beware the conversation kits come with no guarantees unless you buy one even for year one.
Something you should be aware of before buying.
Received a slightly damaged D35 conversion kit but not the apparently free helmet which was on the packing slip. That left me thinking i was missing a package which was the first issue. It should be disqualified on the order if the amount condition is not met. I also had an accepted order for front wheel drive and the order was switched by ENVO to rear wheel (front wheel is apparently recently discontinued by ENVO) which is more complicated and required me buying a cassette system to replace my old non compatible freewheel for the ENVO system. The battery would not enter into the bracket without modification. The wheel rim arrived with a minor dent . ENVO could not understand how which I suspect was in manufacturing and missed at inspiration . I opted to repair the dent myself not wanting to wait for a possible exchange. I gave 4 stars because ENVO charged me the SAME price for the rear wheel conversion which is more costly but more complicated . Second and very important they always reply to questions thus good service response. However this is done by ticket online not by phone. Every company makes mistakes which happened but support is critical and solutions were definitely there. Steve and their team do their best . The PRODUCT IS AWESOME. Like all businesses in rapid growth there are growing pains and I felt they were doing their best after I'm sure a long season of many challenges in a high demand market. I'm THRILLED after day one with the conversation. You MUST be technical, mechanicaly inclined and patient. Look at the installation video online before buying. Value for money is absolutely there. Quality appears amazing. Shipping and accounting details could use some modifications. Thank-you Steve and service. I never felt abandoned.
