DESIGN

Compact design with easy DIY assembly practices for easy transportation or customize the build.

BOGIE

Made from multiple aluminum CNC machined parts, customizable and maintenance-friendly snow track assembly makes it possible to build any electric snow machine to ride or even electric snowplow.

SNOW TRACKS

The V shape knob rubber track creates great traction with almost any type of snow terrain, proven up to a 20% slope. It has a well-thought geometry, secure in track with minimized resistance and energy loss which can generate up to 100KGF (220lbs) of traction. Made from rubber and Kevlar reinforcement, It is relatively light, safe and easy to handle when it comes to adjustment or replacement.

MOTOR

Powerful Integrated BLDC geared hub motor provides up to 1200W of power and 120Nm of torque in a compact, sealed and maintenance-free construction. The motor acts as e-brake when braking via brake lever cut off switch signal.

BATTERY

Lizard style 48V/17.5Ah Li-ion battery pack featured with Panasonic/LG cells with a working temperature range of -20 Celsius, provides up to 2000W of output power and 840Wh of energy with the option to double by using 2 packs is enough for up to 2 hours full throttle continuous ride on pedal assist.

CONTROL SYSTEM

LCD3 meter provides you with a variety of functions such as vehicle controls and vehicle status digitized displays to meet the trip demands.

SKI

Skis and the fully customizable/ adjustable stem assembly attached to the front of the snowkart ensures easy gliding and accurate and sharp turns on snow and ice. It has great floatation on the uneven snow surface. It can be used on snow, as well as off-road on ice.

THUMB THROTTLE

ENVO Snowkart is equipped with a thumb throttle that gives you an extra boost which activates the motor proportionally to the twist no matter you pedal or not to give you a fully electric ride in case you cannot pedal or need an instant acceleration or uphill push.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BUYERS

This is a DIY product preliminary launch for early adopters. This concept has gone through all major engineering, prototyping, limited production, testing, revisions, and approval to be released for marketing. However, there might be multiple unknown failure scenarios in the actual use of this product as mobility means in various terrains which are assumed the risk by the users. That means the buyer, assembler and users must be mechanically inclined and fully understand the product details and instructions as well as all probable risks of using. DIY installation on a wide range of bicycles requires a creative and a technical mind. Failure to a proper installation may cause serious damage to the bike and or hazard of severe injuries. The buyer assumes the liability for the safe installation and use of this product by signing the Liability Waiver. Lovely Winter Adventure with ENVO SnowKart

I recently purchased the ENVO SnowKart and it has brought endless joy to my family and I. We live around Toronto and finding fun winter activities can be a challenge, but with the SnowKart, we can now enjoy the snow to the fullest. The build quality is outstanding and the design is simply stunning, making it a showstopper wherever we go. The handling is smooth and the ride is comfortable, making it perfect for both kids and adults. We have so much fun using it for family outings, sledding down hills, and exploring the snow-covered trails. I highly recommend the ENVO SnowKart to anyone looking for a fun and thrilling way to experience winter with their loved ones. It has quickly become a staple in our winter adventures and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Five stars, hands down!

Resorts and Rentals - SnowBike Attraction

Through our deep partnership with one of our winery partners Meadow Vista Honey Wines we have secured
a solid location to operate a Snow E-Biking experience over 5.5 acres of farm and woodlands just 15 minutes
drive from downtown Kelowna.
During the winter season most tourism related business “hibernate” with the obvious exception of local ski
hills.
Our winter offering will comprise of a 1-hour Snow E-Biking experience and seasonal food and beverage
elements provided by Meadow Vista including lunch, mulled spiced honey wine, s’mores and VIP honey wine
tastings with the ability for customers to add on a tasting session of organic artisan natural and infused
honeys from our award winning winery partner.
The Snow E-Biking will be in the format of a custom route clearly marked lap track, where all under-snow
hazards have been removed to ensure safe operation. Each lap is approximately 1km taking riders along
farmland, through woodlands and along snow capped Christmas tree lined terrain.

amazingly fun machines

We purchased two of your Karts last year. While we have had significant issues with getting them to run correctly they are amazingly fun machines. Riding them on sand has been our best experience so far.

We have done several modifications to them to make them more user friendly for us
1. Removed red metal shield
2. Repositioned controller bag to steering post. Tidied up wires
3. Removed battery mounts and re-located them to the steering post.
4. Re-orientated batteries so each had charging port and key at the top
5. Removed seat and put a block of wood to remount the seat using a swivel to clear the rubber tracks when the seat is rotated for easier access.
6. Added a carabiner to easily add a tow rope.
