D50/ST50 Customer Survey - 2024

At ENVO, customer feedback plays a crucial role in refining our products and ensuring the best experience for our riders. We recently conducted a comprehensive survey to gather insights on various aspects of our e-bikes, including performance, design, and customer support. The goal was to understand how satisfied our users are with their ENVO D50 and ST50 models and identify areas where improvements can be made. In this blog, we’ll explore the key findings from the survey, focusing on bike usage patterns, customer satisfaction, feature ratings, and suggestions for potential enhancements.

Which Model do you own?

The bar chart illustrates the distribution of ownership among different ENVO bike models, based on customer feedback. Each model's share is presented as a percentage of the total respondents. The most owned model is the D50, dominating with a significant portion of the customer base. The ST50 follows, also showing a notable percentage. This distribution suggests that the D50 model is the most popular among surveyed customers.

How frequently do you use your bike?

The majority of users report using their bikes several times a week, indicating a high level of engagement with their e-bikes. A smaller but significant portion of respondents use their bikes occasionally, while a lesser number ride daily or just a few times a month. The data suggests that most users incorporate their e-bikes into their regular routine, with only a small minority using them infrequently.

Overall, how satisfied are you with your ENVO D50/ST50?

The bar chart shows customer satisfaction levels with the ENVO D50/ST50 models. The majority of respondents report being very satisfied with their bikes, while a significant portion also expresses being satisfied. Only a small fraction of respondents are either neutral or unsatisfied with their purchase. This suggests
that the overall sentiment towards these models is overwhelmingly positive, with very few users reporting dissatisfaction. This high level of satisfaction may reflect the performance, design, or customer service related to these models.

Where are bikes ridden?

The chart illustrates the distribution of terrain types where bikes are ridden, based on customer responses. Paved Roads dominate as the most common terrain, followed closely by Gravel Paths and Urban Areas, indicating that a majority of bike usage occurs on smooth, accessible surfaces. Trails are also frequently mentioned, suggesting some off-road usage, while Hills/Mountains appear less frequently, reflecting a smaller portion of users riding in more challenging environments. This distribution suggests that ENVO bikes are primarily used in urban and semi-urban settings with occasional off-road and hilly rides.

Ease of Assembly?

The chart illustrates how respondents rated the ease of assembling their bikes. The majority found the assembly process to be easy or very easy, indicating that most users had a smooth experience with setting up their bikes. A smaller portion of respondents rated the process as neutral, while very few found it difficult. This distribution suggests that the assembly instructions and design are user-friendly for most customers, with only a minimal number facing challenges during assembly.

Customer Support?

A majority of respondents provided positive feedback, with most ratings falling between 4 and 5, indicating a high level of satisfaction with the customer support experience. A smaller percentage of users gave neutral or lower ratings, suggesting some room for improvement. However, overall, the sentiment towards ENVO's customer support is predominantly positive, reflecting strong customer service efforts.

How likely are you to recommend the ENVO D50/ST50 to others?

A significant majority of users are very likely to recommend the bikes, indicating strong satisfaction and confidence in the product. A smaller percentage of respondents are likely or neutral, while very few are unlikely to recommend it. This data suggests that most users have a positive experience with the ENVO D50/ST50 and are enthusiastic about sharing their recommendations with others, reflecting overall customer satisfaction with the product.
