1997
Origin
The origin of ENVO’s snow mobility dates back to 1997, when the SnowKart began as a childhood passion project of ENVO’s founder, imagining a lightweight, track-based alternative to traditional snow machines.
2018
First Version
In 2018, the first electric SnowKart proof of concept was built and tested in Canada. This led to the invention of a modular sprocket motor drive system, enabling integrated track systems adaptable to bicycles.
2020
Launch of Snow line-up
By 2020, ENVO commercially launched both the SnowKart kit and the SnowBike conversion kit, allowing standard bikes to operate on snow.
2022
Version 2.0
In 2022, ENVO introduced fully assembled SnowKarts and a Flex platform–integrated SnowBike, delivering refined, ready-to-ride winter mobility.
2025
Adding Moonbike to line-up
In mid-2025, ENVO acquired the MoonBikes intellectual property and assets from the French company. ENVO now leads the engineering, production, distribution, and global support of the MoonBike platform, expanding the lineup with a purpose-built lightweight electric snowbike.
