High-Performance Electric Bike for Adventure

With its rugged frame, dependable components, and shared battery system, the ENVO D50 electric bike offers low maintenance and exceptional reliability for all your riding needs.
Front fork and front wheel
The D50 eMTB runs an X-Fusion Trace 36 RC Boost suspension fork (170mm travel, 36mm stanchions, 51mm offset) paired to a 29" front wheel on a 15mm thru-axle with a CST C1846 2.8" all-terrain tire. The Trace 36 sits in X-Fusion's enduro-class lineup, with stanchions stiff enough to resist the twisting forces that flex lighter XC forks under hard braking and cornering. The thru-axle bolts the hub rigidly into the fork lowers, eliminating the lateral play of a quick-release and keeping the rotor aligned with the caliper under load. The 29" mountain-rated tire rolls over roots and rocks that smaller wheels would catch on, and combined with the 27.5" rear it gives the D50 a mullet (MX) setup: stability and rollover at the front, quick handling and a stronger rear triangle around the geared hub motor.

Simply remove the fenders, rear rack, and kickstand, and you’ve got a capable all-mountain hardtail eBike ready for dirt, gravel, and rugged climbs. With mountain bike tires, a responsive torque sensor, and a dropper seatpost for dynamic terrain control, the D50 adapts to your adrenaline.

BATTERY PACK
The ENVO Battery for the D50 is built with LG Li-Ion cells for optimal performance in freezing temperatures. It has an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) for consistent performance and extended life. The BMS protects against overcharging and other faults.
SAFETY FIRST - UL2849
D50 is certified for UL 2849 which makes it one of the most safe bikes on the market. We use premium components, including LG/Panasonic Li-ion cells. Our bikes are subject to rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes ensure a defect-free product.
FRAME
The D50 has a solid, lightweight aluminum frame in small and large sizes, suitable for riders from 5’ to 6’6”. It can hold up to 400lbs, with an ergonomic shape for easy mounting and dismounting. This frame allows for bike to be 28kg only and minimizes vibrations and noise for a smooth ride on various surfaces.
MOTOR
ENVO D50's advanced motor system is 50% lighter yet provides 50% more torque and 25% greater battery efficiency than other motors in Canada. Designed for endurance, it offers over 20,000 km of maintenance-free riding.
TRANSMISSION
Well-engineered 9 speed 48T chain ring and 11-36 cassette transmission help you overcome up to 25% grade when climbing a hill on gear 1 or 45km/h speed on gear 8 with gentle pedaling.
