02Our mission

Rightsizing mobility for a healthier community.

Too often, moving one person from A to B means moving a two- or three-tonne metal box with them. We use more vehicle, energy and space than the journey needs.

Join us in changing the way mobility is designed, built and shared.

Mobility for all. Built by all.

03Market insight

A different way to build a mobility company.

Mobility needs are remarkably diverse. A parent taking a child to school, a person seeking greater independence, a maintenance crew moving tools and a business operating in snow need different solutions. A vehicle that is right for one may be too large, too costly or simply wrong for another.

Through our own experience and lessons from hundreds of failed startup attempts across the sector, we have learned to respect those differences. Rightsized mobility is about the niches. A sustainable business must find a way to serve them well.

Developing a separate vehicle from scratch for every need is expensive. ENVO's answer is to share the engineering while preserving the choice.

04The business model

Many vehicles. A focused family of smart components.

Our approach combines modularity with mass customization: intelligently designed components, compatible systems and shared platforms that can be configured into a wide variety of useful vehicles.

For customers, that means more choice in function, capability and price. For the business, it creates the opportunity to reuse development work, consolidate sourcing and simplify assembly, parts and service across multiple applications.

The goal is to serve the variety of the market without multiplying complexity at the same pace. Each new configuration should build on knowledge and capabilities the business already has.

Why modular

Three advantages of building this way.

Engineer once. Build on it.

Develop common systems that can support multiple compatible products and applications.

Ship compact. Build locally.

Expand compact and flat-pack kit formats for regional, dealer or DIY assembly where suitable.

Adapt over time.

Use replaceable modules and accessible parts to support customization, service and future upgrades.

05Equity investment

Buy shares in ENVO. Own a part of what comes next.

An equity investment means buying ENVO shares and becoming a part-owner of the business, with the opportunity to share in its financial growth.

Your capital would help ENVO expand sales, scale operations and pursue its next stage of growth. The aim is to build a more valuable, cash-generating company for its shareholders.

What that could mean for you

01

Growth in the value of your shares as the business develops, subject to performance, valuation and future dilution.

02

Potential cash returns through dividends if declared, or a future opportunity to sell your shares.

The investment basis and calculation remain to be confirmed. These figures do not establish a cash payout to an individual shareholder.

3-year model objective

Positive cash flow. Greater self-sufficiency.

The plan targets a return to funding operations from business revenues within three years of the model's start. The starting year remains to be confirmed.

Projections are not guarantees. Shareholder outcomes depend on investment terms, execution, future funding and liquidity. Private shares may be difficult to sell, and you could lose your entire investment. This section invites enquiries; any investment is subject to the official offering documents.

Company valuation is not the value of an individual investor's holding. Share class, entry price, ownership percentage, dilution, distributions and exit conditions affect investor outcomes.

06Access & ownership

Democratizing mobility and participation in it.

IKEA showed how thoughtful design, standardized components, compact shipping and customer assembly could make greater variety accessible to more people. We draw inspiration from that approach.

ENVO also sees an opportunity to widen who participates. Customers can help define the need. Designers and engineers can contribute solutions. Manufacturers, dealers and local entrepreneurs can help assemble, customize and support them. Our planned franchise model would give more communities a local way into the ecosystem.

Our vision for ownership follows the same principle: a business owned in part by the employees who build it and the supportive people who believe in its future. We want participation to extend from using the products to shaping the company behind them.

07Our foundation

An established foundation for a bigger opportunity.

ENVO brings more than an idea. Founded in Canada in 2016, the business has grown through customer sales, reinvestment and the work of its employees and partners. We have developed products, built supply relationships, supported customers and learned what it takes to keep vehicles working after they leave the showroom.

We have the plan, engineering knowledge, intellectual property and practical experience to pursue this next stage. Our portfolio brings together e-bikes and trikes, Veemo enclosed mobility, MoonBikes electric snow vehicles and the UPT modular platform.

These products give us something valuable to build on: real experience across vehicle categories, routes to market and an organization connecting engineering with production and customer support.

08Portfolio opportunity

UPT shows the approach. Our ambition goes beyond it.

The Utility Personal Transporter demonstrates how a shared platform can become different vehicles through changes in seating, cargo systems, bodies and attachments. It brings the modular idea into a tangible product family.

Our wider plan extends this thinking across modular e-bikes, trikes, scooters, quadricycles and mobility scooters, electric snow and watercraft, and eventually larger street-legal vehicles. Each category has its own requirements. The opportunity is to carry forward the engineering and components that can be shared.

This is an investment story about the broader ENVO business, with UPT as one important example of how it can grow.

10Distribution

Global reach grows through local relationships.

Our model is designed to travel: shared engineering and components, with configuration, assembly and support closer to the people who use the vehicles. Local partners bring knowledge of their customers, operating conditions and markets.

ENVO's curated sales channels combine D2C, 140 dealers, major retail-channel experience including Costco, distributors and owned stores. Planned franchises would add another way for customers to discover, configure and maintain ENVO products locally.

11Growth strategy

Build where we have strengths. Partner where others do.

We intend to grow through a combination of internal development, partnerships and selective acquisitions. The right collaboration can add local market knowledge, manufacturing capability or specialized technology. The right acquisition can bring a complementary product, team, intellectual property or customer base.

Veemo and MoonBikes illustrate how distinct mobility businesses can join a wider portfolio. The task is to preserve what makes each valuable while connecting it with the engineering, supply chain and channels that can help it grow.

We will judge expansion by its fit with the business and the value it can create for customers, not by the number of categories or countries we can list.

12.YOUR QUESTIONS

Understand the opportunity.

What would I be investing in?

The opportunity described here is the broader ENVO business and its modular mobility strategy. UPT is one platform within that business. Any future offering will specify the issuing entity, securities, shareholder rights and use of proceeds.

Can I invest today?

This page currently collects expressions of interest. Register to receive updates on future investment opportunities and how to review the terms when an offering becomes available.

Who can participate, and what is the minimum investment?

We welcome interest from employees, customers, community supporters and experienced investors. Eligibility, minimum amounts and participation by country will be set out in the official offering materials.

How would the investment support ENVO's growth?

Our intended priorities include modular product development, people and organizational capabilities, distribution and regional expansion, and aligned partnerships or acquisitions. Final allocations will be described in the relevant offering materials.

Is ENVO's opportunity limited to UPT?

No. UPT demonstrates the modular approach. The strategy spans a broader family of vehicles, shared technologies and brands, with different products at different stages of development and commercialization.

How could I receive a return or sell my shares?

Possible pathways include dividends if declared, an acquisition of ENVO, an IPO, or a permitted sale to another investor. None is guaranteed. There may be no buyer for private shares, and any future price could be lower than the amount invested.

Will shareholders receive products or store credits?

ENVO may consider product benefits or store credits under separate program terms. These are not currently promised and would not be a substitute for investment returns or a right to redeem shares.

What are the main risks?

Product development, manufacturing, customer adoption, competition, regulatory requirements, acquisitions and access to capital can affect results. Investors could lose their entire investment and may be unable to sell their shares. Review the full offering documents before deciding.

Can I contribute as a strategic or local partner?

Yes. We welcome conversations with people and businesses that can contribute technology, manufacturing, regional distribution, assembly or service capabilities. Select Partnership in the enquiry form and tell us where you see a fit.
