Received a slightly damaged D35 conversion kit but not the apparently free helmet which was on the packing slip. Not clear how it can be on the packing slip and not qualify which was the first issue. It should be disqualified on the order if the amount condition is not met. I also had an accepted order for front wheel and the order was switched by ENVO to rear wheel (front wheel is apparently discontinued By ENVO) which is more complicated and required me buying a cassette system to replace my old non compatible to ENVO freewheel
system. The battery would not enter into the bracket without modification. The rim arrived damaged which ENVO could not understand how. I gave 4 stars because they charged me the same price for the rear wheel conversion which is more costly and more complicated and they always reply to questions thus good service. Every company makes mistakes but support is critical and it was there. Steve and their team do their best . The PRODUCT IS AWESOME. Like all businesses in rapid growth there are growing pains and I felt they were doing their best considering. Especially after a long season of many challenges I'm sure. I'm thrilled after day one with the conversation.
Value for money is there.
Quality appears amazing.
Shipping and accounting details could use some modifications.
I just bought my ebike couple weeks now. Too early to tell but will write another review if things go south and uable to resolve.
I purchased an open box 20" Envo ebike, so I thought I should add extended warranty to be on the safe side. When the bike arrived it had no paper work, instructions, or any info about the warranty. I'm not really sure what my $60 investment includes. It would be nice to know that if my bike needs repairs or replacement parts, I can get it locally and submitted receipts. But so far I haven't found any info on that. On the other hand by ebike is awesome. Battery life is wonderful. Bike is very sturdy and well made, lots of power.. It's very comfortable to ride. Bought a second one for my Husband. Hopefully service won't be a problem.

Bike arrived by CanPar with bottom of box damaged. Damage also extended to inside with slight damage to front fork, which I was able to repair and two very flat tires. Ebike BC was great at understanding and agreed to pay for any repair. Green Street Bikes in Peterborough was great and fixing up the tires, and checking the bike over to make sure all was well with the bike.
I’ve now ridden the bike around our rural concession and am very pleased. It handled our gravel roads, as well as paved roads, and climbed a couple of steep hills with ease. Hopefully I will be out on it much more in the near future.
