I’ve been riding my ENVO D35 regularly for almost 5 months now and it has transformed my driving and exercise routines. Ali and his staff have been a pleasure to deal with. They are knowledgeable and pay a lot of attention to your needs when you are trying to decide what bike to buy. Great group of guys. I ordered the wrong wheel size and they had no problem exchanging it for me. I came back again and wanting to exchange my front hub motor to a back hub. I was worried they might not do it, but they did and it was not even a hassle. I would buy from them again for my next project.

I picked up my ENVO ST three days ago. The staff at ENVO was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the different features and capabilities of the bike. So far, I have been riding it for about 60km, and I am extremely pleased. I found it was very easy to learn the functions, and it took no time at all to feel safe and secure riding along bike paths through town. The battery lights indicate how much battery power is left, which will be very useful for longer rides. I had ordered the bike towards the end of June and must say that it was worth the wait!

It was a pleasure purchasing eBikes from ENVO. They were very professional, realistic about timing and knowledgable about their products. We enjoyed the scheduling process at their shop. You schedule to test ride the bikes and then you also schedule to pick up your eBike. We purchased two ENVO D35's. We ride them everywhere never worrying about the length or the hills involved. They are awesome!

I waited a few months to review after buying a kit for my commuter bike. The team at EBikeBC was honest and helpful when answering questions and arranging for the installation. The kit works great! I have many steep hills in my commute and the motor is more than powerful enough. The battery range easily covers my 20km round trip with plenty of room to spare. The five power levels allow me the flexibility to choose the amount if energy I want to exert. But most of all it’s fun! I look forward to getting on my bike everyday after work!

Amazing Service! Quick, affordable and honest. I had an eBike of a different brand which has some issues with battery, instead of charging me for the replacement, they fixed the issue of the original battery! The Sales Manager and the Engineers are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Makan was super helpful. Very informative place to get ideas of what you truly want. They were not trying to pressure sales like most companies do. They offered to let me come in and try the bikes which is awesome. I do hope this company excels because they really sound like they care. 5 STARS! If I see flaws in the company I will change my review but they deserve 5 stars so far. Cheers!

I'm very happy with my purchase, my previous commute was awful with the bus or a car, but with my eBike my life has changed. It's super fast, beautifully designed, can't complain about a thing. The rush hour in Vancouver can be crazy sometimes with construction going on everywhere, but with my eBike I just fly through. I often get to stop and people ask me for the details about my eBike. Collecting compliments!
